Skilled & Business Migration, as South Australia’s Designated Area Representative (DAR), can endorse a request to hold a labour agreement under a Designated Area Migration Agreement (DAMA). This allows the employer to nominate workers for the following visa subclasses (under the Labour Agreement stream):

The DAR can only endorse your request for nomination for 186 subclass at the time the nominee is eligible.
The nominee is eligible for 186 nomination after holding the 482 visa for at least 2 years.
When the employer is ready to nominate the nominee for 186, they will need to submit a variation request.
