State nomination is the first step towards securing the right visa to live and work in South Australia

There are several important steps to be aware of when applying for state nomination.

All applications to Skilled & Business Migration must be submitted online through the Skilled and Business Migration Apply Portal.

You can only apply for state nomination if you have received an invitation from Skilled & Business Migration after your Registration of Interest (ROI) or your SkillSelect Expression of interest EOI was reviewed.
