188 extension document checklist

To qualify for the Business Innovation extension in South Australia, you must:

• Be nominated by the South Australian government
• Have held a Subclass 188 visa (in the Business Innovation stream) for at least 2 years
• Not have held more than one previous Business Innovation Extension visa
• Own and actively manage a business in South Australia for at least 2 years

188 Extension Document Checklist:

• Passport of the Main applicant and spouse
• Financial Reports for the last two completed financial years
• The last 8 BAS for the business.
• ASIC document that shows the shareholders of the business.
• A statement on why the main applicant requires an extension.
• A signed Form 1414.
