The RCB advice application form is now available for the new Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) (Subclass 494) visa.
There have been some changes to the role of the RCB for the new subclass 494 visa. The RCB will provide advice on the Annual Market Salary Rate for the nominated position. The employer nomination application criteria assessed by the Department of Home Affairs is available here.
Please review the revised RCB advice criteria and checklist before applying. RCB advice applications must include all mandatory documentation and information. Applications could receive “not-satisfied” advice if they are missing information or documents outlined in the checklist so it’s important that applications are decision-ready.
RCB advice applications submitted to Immigration SA before 16 November 2019 will still receive advice on the three assessment criteria for RSMS:
- the genuine need for the nominated position;
- that there are no suitably qualified Australian Citizens or Australian Permanent Residents for the role; and
- the annual salary is paid at least the Annual Market Salary Rate.
If you require any further information, please feel free to submit an online enquiry through the Immigration SA Apply website.
