Documentation you will need to prepare for the 132 review

  • Copy of the personal details page in your passport.
  • Completed and signed Department of Home Affairs Monitoring Form 1010
  • Information on your business outcomes in South Australia over the previous two years
  • Information on how you have met the state nomination requirements
  • Financial reports for your South Australian business.
  • BAS statements
  • Business summary
  • Detail on any other business or investment you have undertaken (if applicable)
  • Information on your intention to live in South Australia
  • For export activity, the following evidence is required:
    • For non-wine exports, the following document from Business SA is required:
      • Certificate(s) of Free Sale - Business Migration
      • Bill of Landing Contact trade@business-sa.com or call 08 8300 0093 for further information
    • If exporting wine, the following documents from Wine Australia are also required:
      • Certificate(s) of Free Sale
      • Licence to export
      • Product Registration
      • Export Permit
      • LIP Declaration These may vary depending on the export destination, contact exports@wineaustralia.com or visit Wine Australia
      • Sales invoices for the goods purchased for export.
    • Evidence that the South Australian producer is aware of the export activity.
  • For property development, the following evidence is required:
    • Property development
      • Location of the development  Current Certificate(s) of Title for the land
      • Copies of development approvals
      • Evidence that the project has been completed, if not details of when the project is likely to be completed
      • Explanation of the applicant’s managerial role within the project
      • Contract between the Real Estate Agent for the sale of the properties
    • If the properties have been sold the following documents must be provided:
      • The balance of the purchase price is to be paid to the vendor
      • All relevant legal documents like the memorandum of transfer, are completed and lodged with the appropriate agencies
      • The certificate of title is transferred into the buyer's name
      • The property is legally transferred to the buyer
      • The adjustments for rates and taxes are calculated.
    • If the properties have not been sold:
      • Details of when the project is likely to be completed
      • Details on whether the client has engaged with a Real Estate Agent.  Skilled & Business Migration will continue to contact you until the property is sold and all documentation has been provided.
