If you need help to establish the most suitable visa scheme for your situation we recommend consulting a registered migration agent. Lists of registered agents are available from the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) and the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) websites.

Immigration SA is unable to provide comprehensive migration advice.

The issuing and granting of all visas rests with the Department of Home Affairs and Immigration SA does not intervene in the visa decision making process.

Immigration SA is aware of its' right as the nominating agency to appeal the Department of Home Affairs refusal decision through the Migration Review Tribunal (MRT), however, it is Immigration SA's policy not to pursue appeal decisions made by Department of Home Affairs and regret that we cannot assist you in this matter.
