The issuing and granting of all visas rests with the Department of Home Affairs and Immigration SA does not intervene in the visa decision making process.

Immigration SA is aware of its' right as the nominating agency to appeal the Department of Home Affairs refusal decision through the Migration Review Tribunal (MRT), however, it is Immigration SA's policy not to pursue appeal decisions made by Department of Home Affairs and regret that we cannot assist you in this matter.
