Due to unprecedented demand, South Australia’s state nominated business visa subclass 188 & 132 program has reached its capacity in the 2019/20 program year.
Immigration SA is now receiving ‘Intention to Apply’ submissions from interested parties who plan to apply for South Australian Nomination once the 2020-21 program year opens for applications.
Interested parties can lodge an ‘Intention to Apply’ enquiry with Immigration SA to register their interest in state nomination.
This 2-step process involves submission of information via the Immigration SA apply website in addition to a completed response to a confirmation email:
- Log into your Apply website account
- Choose 'Submit enquiry' option
- Click on the 'Enquiry Topic' drop down menu, and select 'Intention to Apply (Subclass 132/188 – excluding 132 Review)' option
- Select visa subclass you wish to apply for:
- Visa Subclass 132
- 132 Significant Business History
- 132 Venture Capital Entrepreneur - Visa Subclass 188
- 188 Business Innovation
- 188 Business Investment
- 188 Significant Investor
- 188 Entrepreneur
- Visa Subclass 132
- Click 'Submit' button
Following submission of enquiry, applicants will receive an email from Immigration SA outlining next steps of this process..
Please note there is no cost associated with lodging an 'Intention to Apply'.
Lodgement of an ‘Intention to Apply’ will see early consideration given to a corresponding application that is submitted in the opening 3 months of the 2020/21 program year. (Opening dates for the 2020-21 program dates will be published at a later date).
