Change in procedures for incomplete RCB applications

Immigration South Australia acts as the Regional Certifying Body (RCB) for South Australia. We assess whether your application satisfies state migration criteria and provide nomination advice to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP).

In order to provide you with quicker processing times and a more efficient service we will deem any incomplete applications invalid.  Changes will be implemented from 8 May 2014.

If your application is deemed invalid, you will need to submit another application to Immigration South Australia for RCB advice.

Read our top tips for submitting eligible applications to ensure you are submitting a quality application.

The RCB checklist also provides you with guidelines on what information and documents are required.
